Enterprise Account Pricing

Basic Subscription (annual recurring charge) $3,899

   Includes:

• Maximum of 500 student logins
• 1 Gigabyte of server storage for courses and data

Additional Students (annual recurring charge) Sliding Scale

• $2.00 per student in blocks of 100 students for population of 1000 or less
• $1.75 per student for populations between 1100 and 5000
• $1.50 per student for populations between 5100 and 10,000
• $1.00 per student for populations above 10,000 students

Example: A population of 1000 students requires purchasing 5 blocks of additional student logins at a cost of $1000. A population of 1100 students requires 6 blocks (at $175 per block) for a cost of $1050.

Additional Server Storage (annual recurring charge) $600

• $600 per gigabyte of additional storage capacity

Web Services Interface (annual recurring charge) $1200

• Customer writes code to interact with the Design-a-Course server to add and configure students or remotely launch a course.

SCORM export license (one-time charge) $2400

• Allows the Author tool to export a Design-a-Course training module in a SCORM compliant format. A one-time purchase of this option grants the purchaser the right to perform SCORM exports from any copy of the Design-a-Course Author tool owned by his company.

LMS SCORM Integration (No setup or recurring charges)

• Allows the customer to purchase 3^rd party, off-the-shelf training and load it onto the Design-a-Course LMS
• Only cost is a one time, $1.50 charge the first time a student launches a SCORM course from the Design-a-Course LMS.
• The same student can re-take the same course as many times as desired without any additional charges.
• Allows for a single point for managing and reporting both custom and 3^rd party training.
• Course launch charges are billed monthly.
